During the popular real estate boon in South Florida, Dr. Jonas conceived of and opened the “Koffeeokee” coffee house. From 2006 to 2011, this property was one of the hottest social establishments in Delray Beach where hundreds of people enjoyed live entertainment, karaoke, open mic, non-alcoholic beverages and great food. It received positive reviews in the local media and was always buzzing with a hip crowd. Koffeeokee showcased Dr. Jonas’s ability to create a popular entertainment venue for the entire community that provided the opportunity to socialize without the use of alcohol or substances.
